The Timestream: Meta

Meta
Formed in a much earlier nexus. Has one continental land mass and under a hundred million people, mostly rural except for one small city (the Builder's City). Some of its people are mental healers, and a few of of these can travel unassisted in the timestream. Meta "manages" the worlds of the timestream at times to prevent "The Enemy" (Satan) from having free rein.
- Population: under thirty million
- Government: A council of elders chaired by "The Builder"
- Term for God: "The Architect"
Metans gave Ortho and Para technology to travel in the timestream (except to Meta) in enclosed vehicles in 1791 and promoted their federation. A few chapters of The Builder take place on Meta.
